The Burnet Gateway project started as run down office buildings purchased by TBB Development in 2013. With a vision to bring them back to life, the overall redevelopment included a comprehensive remodel to enhance visual aspects of the exterior and interior. The project focused on bringing light into the space. With a strong interest from potential tenants, the Burnet Gateway development was fully leased prior to the completion of the project.
