Innovation Park is an asset acquired by TBB Development through a competitive bid solicitation process. The asset was 50% vacant upon purchase and 100% stabilized within 10 months. After an extensive interior revamp and clean up of the surrounding site, the building was rebranded to Innovation Park. Innovation Park now forms a broader 10 acre land assemblage controlled via a partnership vehicle with TBB Development.
